Shipping Terms:
- Koi Enterprise guarantees live arrival of fish to your nearest airport. Live shipment must be picked up within two hours of arrival for our guarantee to stand.
- Fish will be shipped on a major airline carrier; usually FedEx, Delta Dash, or SouthWest.
- There is a $25.00 packaging and handling fee on orders under $300.00 (live fish only).
- There is no added packaging fees for dry goods.
- Air Cargo rates for shipping live fish range from $65 to $125.00 per container (prices vary depending on the weight of the container, carrier and shipment from point of origin to destination city). We now offer Next Day Service to deliver live fish to your door within the 50 states.
- Dry goods are shipped via UPS ground or FedEx Ground (allow 7-10 days for delivery), FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight. Some larger items (Tier 1 and 2 oversize) may be shipped via FedEx or UPS depending on best rate.
NOTE: Shipping charges will be based upon your selection during online ordering and will be clearly listed before your order is processed. (See larger item shipping below.)
Larger items will have to be shipped on common freight. Before your order is processed we will contact you with an estimated quote on shipping such items. Any discounts we receive on common freight shipping will be passed on to you, our customer.
If you live in or around the Sacramento California area you can arrange to pick up your merchandise from us and save yourself the shipping fees; or catch us on our pond maintenance routes and we would gladly deliver—Free of Charge. Just one of the many “Service Plus” efforts we carry out to ensure superior customer service.

Packaging Info:
Your live order of koi will be shipped in boxes designed for shipment of live fish. Fish are packed in double heavy duty bags filled with water and oxygen.
If shipment is to be sent to warm/hot climate, Styrofoam insulation and ice pack will be used. Please inform us at time of ordering if you require this packaging method. |
