Return Policies: Koi Enterprise will replace or repair, at our discretion, any items that are not received in working condition or damaged in shipment. After 30 days from purchase, the consumer must exercise the manufacturer's warranty for any repairs. Generally, items may be returned in an unused original condition with all printed instructional brochures, warranty paper work, and packing materials, included. All returned items must have a return merchandise authorization and return shipment pre-paid. Special order item sales are final and may not be returned for a refund; however, a credit will be issued to your account, upon receipt of the returned unused merchandise minus restocking fee and original freight charges.  Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
